A few years ago, the term “life coach” was still pretty new to most people, and it was hard for some people to get their head around the idea. In more recent times life coaching has become mainstream, with a lot more people understanding how it works.
Life coaching shouldn’t be confused with counselling because the two are very different. Counselling is more about coming to terms with, and coping with events that have impacted on our lives, often with dramatic results that leave us unable to cope. Life coaching is all about moving forward, it can help to resolve issues or overcome problems that may be holding us back.
In today’s society there isn’t always…..

Have you ever heard of a business where there is no leader or in a more technical term, a boss? Perhaps it is quite inconceivable, since it highly significant in every field that one directs them towards their goal. For instance, if you want to employ a change in system within your business, a leader would have to stand out for you to get through the swamp.
Changing an entire business won’t come easily especially if the employees do not have faith with the capacity of the senior who is leading them towards their end. But, doing so is never really that impossible as you have thought it was.

I have observed many work at home moms trying to find legitimate work at home opportunities. I have found that it is quite challenging for these women to find legitimate opportunities that will compensate them in a decent manner. There are many programs, offers, and promises listed on the internet that inform these women that they can make a decent income by performing a certain job in the comfort of their home. However, I have discovered that many of these programs fail to uphold their end of the deal.

There are many books which speak about the law of attraction and how it works. Although a great many of these books explain this law through different perspectives, one common denominator which pervades all the books I have read about the law of attraction is that one must try to ‘feel’. Feelings are the most important tools we have in order to effectively apply the law of attraction. We summon the law of attraction to attract for us that which we desire if our feelings about the object and about our life in general, are good and positive feelings.

Do you want to improve communication skills? Perhaps you are someone who finds it difficult to communicate with people in situations like carrying on a conversation, making a speech before a crowd, or even simply answering a phone call at home or in the office.
If you encounter problems like these, fear not - there’s hope for you. Here are some tips that should help you gain better communication skills:
1) Take a cue from conversation starters - these are people who find it easy to strike a conversation with anyone on just about any topic they choose.
One thing such conversation starters have in common is that they talk about topics that they are comfortable with, with people who would like to talk to them. If they feel the other party does not want to talk about that topic, they easily excuse themselves.

Time is the ultimate commodity. It has the same features with money. You can spend it, invest it or waste it. But unlike money, once you have spent or wasted it, it’s gone forever. You will never get more of it. Everyone has only 24 hours a day, no more no less. How you use your time is totally up to you. You should have control over your time.
Here are some tips to help you make the most of your time.
1. Take a moment and think what are most important to you? One effective way to help you realize what’s most important to you is to write your own obituary. What is your ideal obituary? How would like it to be written?
2. Set your goals. Write down 5 most important goals that you want to accomplish next year, personally and professionally. Do the same for the next 5 years and then 10. If you have your goals clearly set, they will serve as a road map of what are the things that are most important to you. Referring to your goals often, this will help you to stop wasting time on something unrelated to your goals.
3. Make priorities. Perhaps you have five important projects need to be done at once. You need to decide which should you do first. Here is a tip: List all your tasks in order of their long-term importance, give each task an urgency value then tackle tasks that have high urgency first.
4. Make schedule. Invest 15 minutes to an hour planning your day, week or month. It may seem like a waste of time sitting and thinking about your schedule but it can help you to organize better, this can save you many hours later.
5. Cut down your TV time. On the average, the television is on for more than seven hours a day in every American household today. If you spend a lot of time in front of a tv, time for you to decide to cut it down in half.
