Contrary to popular belief, success is not measured by money alone because there are many ways to earn money, and in many ways money is simply a by-product of what you do successfully.
In my opinion, making money by living out your passion that adds positive values to both your life and other people’s lives should be the goal. When you are working toward something that’s positive and that you’re passionate about, success and then money will likely to follow.
So it’s what you do that’s more important than the by-product itself. Something you do that you can look back on your life and be very proud of because it’s what you always wanted to do in your life and you have no regrets. Now, that’s success!
Your passion needs to make you whole. You need to focus on not just one thing but every aspect of your passion. Enjoy the experience in its entirety. Enjoy the journey while you’re heading for your destination. Don’t look at negative things happening as a sign. Be whole with everything you do and accept things as they are. Don’t try to fake or impress someone with something that is not you.
When you are passionate about something, you don’t have to show other people that you have a passion. If you truly love what you are doing, it will come out naturally for you. Your passion will come from inside!
You will always take pride in your work. If you design clay pots, you won’t send a cracked pot out to your customers because you will be passionate about the quality of your products. This is because you’re responsible, your name is printed on everything you do and you’re proud of what you do.
When you’re living your passion, good leadership can also come out naturally as you want to show people how living your dreams can be done. You’re leading by example and you want to share with people how to create vision and lead the way by achieving our dreams and goals.
