That way, you will always be able to remain positive even in difficult situation. This is the quality you should develop and nurture over time through positive thinking and positive actions.

Believe in yourself and set goals to achieve in your life. Stay focused on your goals no matter what and take actions in achieving them. Whether you like it or not, negative or intrusive thoughts will creep up on you every now and then. But, if you have a strong conviction, you will be able to control the negative thoughts that are trying to capture your mind.

If you make mistakes or experience setbacks, do not dwell on them, learn from your mistakes and move forward. Overcome your negative emotions by learning to see and accept things as they are, learn new opportunities, grow, love and laugh in life.

Try not to feed yourself with negative thoughts or negative emotions as this can hurt your self-esteem. Be around with positive people, stay away from negative people and those who always complain about everything in life. Be happy with whatever you have in life. This can really have a positive impact on your attitude toward life.
