How To Stop Feeling Guilty

Wallowing in disappointment over something you did or didn’t do is very unproductive. Not only are you going to mentally exhaust yourself, but also compromise your body’s ability to fight off dieseases.
Guilt can start because you feel that you don’t have enough time to do what needs to be done.
Here are some tips on how to stop feeling guilty.
- Make a clear distinction between productive time and wasted time. Separate out the time that is contributing to your home life and work life so that you can maximize the use of your time for what matters most.
- Plan and organize. Being organized won’t give you more time in a day but you will feel the progress as you finish what you set out to finish and move from one thing to the next.
- Don’t make promises you have trouble keeping. If you promise to do something, you have to do it. Failing to do so will leave you feeling guilty. So think about what you want to commit to, and be realistic about it.
