		<description>Stress can be a horrible roadblock to clarity. If you are very stressed out you are frantic, angry, and unpredictable - probably some of the worst characteristics to experience. 

Relieving stress successfully involves a proactive approach, as opposed to a reactive approach. You can be proactive by meditating and reaching the alpha state of mental energy emission. This is where your brain is so relaxed that it transmits a different type of energy signature. It's really cool stuff when you learn more about it.
